1. Generating a Daily Schedule

   Instead of typing every single shot time manually, CineLog’s schedule engine does the math for you. Add a crew call, and the engine immediately cascades this time downwards, automatically plotting the exact start times for all subsequent scenes and breaks based on their estimated times.

2. Managing Talent & Crew Times

   Click into the Talent or Crew sections to prune the list down to exactly who is required that day. Set individualized Call Times, Hair & Make-Up, and Wardrobe times per individual, then drag-and-drop to reorder them by expected arrival.

3. PDF Export and Email Sendouts

   Ensure everyone knows exactly what’s going on. Click Export to format an industry-standard PDF bearing your company’s logo, or hit Send to blast tracked email sendouts right into your team’s pocket.
